Gingerbread House with Icing Kit

Everything is made to order.  Your order will be ready to pick up or start shipping out November 24th, 2024.

I make these gingerbread houses from a cast iron mold, giving each house its own character. This version is fully assembled on a cake board and ready to decorate with a candy kit (sold separately). I do provide the dry icing base ready for you to add water to in your mixer, whip up, and use.

Additional Details:

Built / Assembled - For Local Pick-up only.

• Local Pick-up is available in Portland, OR from: 10/26 - 12/5 or 12/10 - 12/15.
• I'll be offering "Local Pick-up" in the Bellevue / Seattle area on 12/7 & 12/8. 

Flat / Unassembled - This option works if you need your order shipped via mail.

Icing is mixed best in a stand mixer. You only need to add room temp water.

House is made with all edible ingredients and stays best in a cool and dry environment.

Based on feedback, the candy kit is sold separately. If you want the candy kit be sure to add it to your cart along with the house.  Happy Decorating! 

Dimensions:

House size is approximately 8.5 wide x 5.5 deep x about 12 inches tall and the cake board is about 8.5 x 11 inches.

Ingredients:

• Gingerbread - flour, molasses, sugar, vegetable shortening, water, ginger, cinnamon, and salt.
• Icing - powdered sugar, meringue powder, and cream of tarter.
• Allergy information - contains wheat, eggs. May contain trace amounts of nuts, peanuts, and dairy.
