Gingerbread House with Icing Kit

I'll start shipping out November 24th.

Seattle area - I'll have a pick-up location in Newcastle, November 22-23 and will also deliver December 6th.

Portland area - I'll deliver to you within a 30 mile radius of 97202. Please leave the preferred date range and address in notes when you check out. Delivery during the week will be evenings 5:30pm -9pm.

Gingerbread houses are baked in a cast iron mold giving each house its own character. This version is fully assembled on a cake board and ready to decorate with a candy kit (sold separately). I do provide the dry icing base ready for you to add water to in your mixer, whip up, and use.

Additional Details:

Built / Assembled - For In Person Pick-up only.

• Local Pick-up is available in Portland, OR from:  11/24 - 12/15.
• I'll be offering "Local Pick-up" in the Bellevue / Seattle area on 11/22 the & 11/23. 

Flat / Unassembled - For houses shipped via mail.

Icing - This mixture is best if mixed in a stand mixer. You only need to add room temp water.

Candy Kit -  The candy kit is sold separately. If you want the candy kit be sure to add it to your cart along with the house.  Happy Decorating! 

Dimensions - House size is approximately 8.5 wide x 5.5 deep x about 12 inches tall and the cake board is about 8.5 x 11 inches.

Storage - House is made with all edible ingredients and stays best in a cool and dry environment. Do not cover or icing and hard candy will 'melt'.

Ingredients:

• Gingerbread - flour, molasses, sugar, vegetable shortening, water, ginger, cinnamon, and salt.
• Icing - powdered sugar, meringue powder, and cream of tarter.
• Allergy information - contains wheat, eggs. May contain trace amounts of nuts, peanuts, and dairy.

Oregon State requirements - These kits are made and assembled in a home kitchen in a pet (dog) household.
