Fleur de Sel Caramels

Everything is made to order.  I'll  start shipping out November 24th, 2025.

Seattle area - I'll have a pick-up location in Newcastle, November 22-23 and will also deliver December 6th.

Portland area - I'll deliver to you within a 30 mile radius of 97202. Please leave the preferred date range and address in notes when you check out. Delivery during the week will be evenings 5:30pm -9pm.

Hand wrapped Fleur de Sel caramels. Small batches made to order to guarantee freshness. A favorite, this caramel is soft but firm making it easier to eat. No additional preservatives so they are best eaten within six to eight weeks.

Additional Information:

• Hand cut pieces are roughly a half ounce each.
  • A half pound box is around 16 pieces.
  • A one pound box is around 32 pieces.
  • A two pound box is around 64 pieces.
• All caramels come in a box with a see through window on top.

Ingredients:

• Cream, sugar, butter, corn syrup (not high fructose), water, and fleur de sel sea salt.
• Allergens. Contains milk, corn. Made in the same kitchen as other items made with nuts, peanuts, wheat, and eggs (meringue powder).

Oregon State requirements - These kits are made and assembled in a home kitchen in a pet (dog) household.
